Our prevention initiatives are supported by many organizations and entities around the county, state and country.  Below is a current listing of partners with new relationships forming on a continual basis.

Our Staff

Our professional staff have been trained in evidence-based prevention programs and practices and are passionate about their work.  Our staff come from backgrounds as teachers, social workers, certified prevention specialists or mental health professionals.   Our core values include integrity, teamwork, empathy, accountability, relevance and commitment to those we serve and one another.

Our Board

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall direction and policy of Mercer Council, and delegates responsibility for the day-to-day operations to the Executive Director.  The Board is made up of volunteer members from our community and works to ensure that the agency always follows best practices and reaches its maximum potential in serving the residents of Mercer County.
