Mercer Council envisions a healthy, safe and responsible community.  We believe positive community change happens through community partnerships and collaborative efforts.  We have many programs and services available to the community which we provide to individuals, groups and even entire municipalities.   

The Commission’s residential drug programs apply the principles of cognitive-behavioral treatment in individual, group and family counseling sessions. Council staff determine the initial psychological assessment of each youth.
